1. Study of different foundry tools and making a green sand mould of half bearing block/casting of bearing block.
2. To make half bearing block wooden pattern from a cuboidal wooden block.
3. To make a green sand mould of half bearing block.
4. Demonstration on sweep pattern and core making in mould preparation.
5. To study about welding process and tools.
6. Fabricate the lap joint in the given sample by using arc welding.
7. Fabricate butt joint in the given sample by using gas welding.
8. Brazing, Soldering, and Mechanical Joints.
